Focus And Scope

Jurnal Sahabat ISNU focuses on contemporary legal studies concerning governance, justice, public policy, and social transformation. The journal encourages interdisciplinary legal research that examines the relationship between law, society, and state institutions through doctrinal, empirical, comparative, and socio-legal approaches. It welcomes contributions in constitutional, administrative, civil, criminal, business, environmental, international, and Islamic law, as well as legal theory, technology law, and emerging issues in legal reform. Priority is given to manuscripts that provide innovative perspectives and practical contributions to the development of law and justice.
