Focus And Scope

Jurnal Sahabat ISNU is a journal dedicated to interdisciplinary studies on access to justice within the Indonesian legal context. The journal publishes research examining judicial systems, dispute resolution through litigation and alternative dispute resolution (non-litigation) mechanisms, as well as dispute resolution grounded in Islamic law, customary law, and local wisdom. It also covers legal aid, the protection of the rights of communities and vulnerable groups, and legal policies and reforms aimed at strengthening access to justice.

The journal prioritizes articles that offer scientific novelty, critical analysis, and innovative solutions that contribute to the advancement of legal theory, practice, and policy toward the realization of a legal system that is just, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of society.
