Jurnal Sahabat ISNU SU is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the advancement of legal scholarship and the development of legal science. The journal provides a scientific platform for academics, researchers, legal practitioners, judges, policymakers, and students to disseminate original research articles, conceptual papers, case analyses, and critical reviews addressing contemporary legal issues at both national and international levels.

The journal publishes articles covering a broad range of legal disciplines, including constitutional law, administrative law, civil law, criminal law, business and commercial law, international law, environmental law, labor law, human rights law, cyber law, customary (adat) law, legal philosophy, legal sociology, legal anthropology, comparative law, and legal history. In addition, the journal welcomes scholarly works in the field of Islamic law, including Islamic criminal law (fiqh jinayah), Islamic civil law (fiqh muamalah), Islamic family law (ahwal al-syakhshiyyah), Islamic constitutional law (siyasah dusturiyah), Islamic economic law, maqasid al-shariah, and contemporary issues in the implementation and reform of Islamic legal systems.
