About the Journal

Jurnal Cendikia ISNU SU is an academic, peer-reviewed, and open-access journal dedicated to the dissemination of knowledge and research in the field of law. It serves as a platform for legal scholars, practitioners, and researchers to share innovative, critical, and transformative studies that contribute to the development of legal theory, legal practice, and their broader impact on society.

The journal is committed to fostering scholarly discourse on various aspects of law, both in national and international contexts, while also encouraging interdisciplinary approaches to legal research. Its publications cover diverse areas such as positive law—including criminal law, civil law, and constitutional law—Islamic and Sharia law, including Islamic banking, family law, and inheritance; legal integration within pluralistic frameworks where secular law and Islamic law interact; comparative legal studies between Islamic law and modern legal systems; and in-depth case studies that highlight the practical application and interpretation of law in real-world contexts.

Through this scope, Jurnal Cendikia ISNU SU  aspires to be an academic medium that not only strengthens legal scholarship but also bridges the gap between legal theory and practice in addressing contemporary challenges.
