Peer Review Process of Jurnal Cendikia ISNU SU

Manuscript Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online system. Submissions must comply with the journal’s author guidelines.

Initial Editorial Assessment: The editor conducts a preliminary evaluation to ensure that the manuscript fits within the journal’s scope, adheres to the submission guidelines, and demonstrates sufficient scholarly potential. Manuscripts that fail to meet these criteria may be rejected without further review.

Reviewer Assignment: Manuscripts that pass the initial assessment are forwarded to two or more external peer reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Editors make every effort to match manuscripts with reviewers who can provide accurate and objective evaluations.

Review Process: Reviewers assess the manuscript and provide feedback, including recommendations to:

  • Accept with or without minor revisions.

  • Revise and resubmit with major improvements required.

  • Reject, typically due to fundamental issues or significant deficiencies in the research.

Editorial Decision: Editors make a decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations and feedback. The decision may be acceptance, revision, or rejection.

Revision: If revisions are required, authors are asked to revise their manuscripts in line with the reviewers’ comments and resubmit within a specified timeframe. The review process may be repeated to ensure that all concerns have been adequately addressed.

Final Acceptance: Once the manuscript meets all quality and scholarly standards, it will be accepted for publication.

Publication: After acceptance, the manuscript is scheduled for publication in the next issue of the journal.
